Experience Training

If you want more than just theory for your people, we have just the ticket that everyone will enjoy, learn from and never forget!

Our experience training programmes are totally unique. Choose from a variety of learning activities including:

1. Management and Leadership with Rugby Superstar, Austin Healey, an inspired player and an equally inspirational individual. He is someone who really knows what it is like to motivate and galvanise a team, as well as to motivate and galvanise yourself.

2. Relationship Building with the wild animals of a Port Lympne Animal Park. Work directly with The keepers and staff at the park who develop a very special relationship with their charges and so are experts in the topics of body language, empathy and emotional intelligence. Learn from the best AND close up and personal with huge 300lb gorillas.

3. Presentation Skills with a difference. Run from one of the World’s most famous and most beautiful West End theatres, delegates are immediately dropped in at the presentation deep end, presenting from a stage, to an audience. They will have very little time to engage interest, make their point and grab attention…plus they will be filmed for a full debrief!

4. Leadership and Team Work at Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit. Leadership and Team work are crucial to business success in the twenty first century. The ability to communicate, motivate and direct the quality, quantity and direction of skills and talents in any company or on any team is the key to better results, higher turnover, lower people churn and the development of existing and new business through client and employee interaction and impact! Learn from the very best whilst racing fast cars around Silverstone. Sold!

5. Learn Time Management in the kitchens of the World famous Park Lane hotel…Renowned chef Andrew Bennett, task the delegates to produce a meal from ingredients he will provide within a time frame set by him, to his exacting standards…if it isn’t good enough to go out, it goes in the bin. Delegates will feel the real essence of time management as they try and juggle tasks, decide what they will produce, plan and prioritise the recipe and its production, as well as cope with Andrew’s demands, their own reactive and proactive management issues and questions attached to the exercise.

6. Project Management with a twist… A fascinating, once in a lifetime opportunity to glimpse the other side of the camera means that delegates will work with editing and production experts in one of the most renowned film and TV companies in the World, Ascent Media Group, based in London’s West End.
